Tahlia Palmer is an artist of Murri and European heritage. Palmer's work explores; history, identity, connection to Country, and finding or creating meanings from chaos, which manifests through noisy audio-visual layering.

During the residency, Palmer will expand their digital media skill set while engaging with the Mission to Seafarers, associated groups, and community archives, delving into the rich histories of the Docklands area.
