Eric's work is primarily focused on the application of novel technologies, using a practice lead research methodology focused on exploring power and empathy through visual art. Eric began his professional life in photojournalism exploring anthropocentric storytelling and later moved into creating long-form investigative driven art practice recently completing a Bachelor of Fine arts (Honours) and a Masters of Fine Art by Research from the Victorian College of Art at the University of Melbourne.

Eric commenced the 2020 Winter Artist-In-Residence program mid-June and was mentored by Yandell Walton. Through this residency, Eric seeks to expand, focus and develop his practise further, delivering public art outcomes through projection.
